SEALANTS AND FIRE-STOPPING

Our team, lead by Fred Sanders, our 65 year old master of sealants and technical coatings, has extensive experience with a wide array of sealants and mastics. Select members of our team are trained and certified with HILTI Firestop systems. We work not only in new construction but also in the retrofitting of existing structures.

Another Ontario Native, Fred has been an Okanagan resident for the past three decades.

Contemporary Crawford Net Zero House

We had the pleasure of painting and finishing the wood elements in this modern residence. Constructed by Kelowna’s premiere Net-Zero and Passive home builders: priMe haBitat.

The Lodge at Predator Ridge Exterior Repaint

Overlooking the rolling fairways of the Predator Ridge golf courses, the three buildings that make up “The Lodge” were meticulously repainted by our team in the spring of 2023.
